AutoCAD Drafter

Provides Computer Aided Design (CAD) drafting and detailing to develop or modify site plans and tower profiles to support the A&E services group.

 

Construction Manager

Manage new construction and equipment modification installations. Attend and manage all construction related site walks and installation process.  Maintain professional and courteous manner in all interpersonal relations, including those with customers, vendors, and other employees. Work well under pressure to meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.  Understand internal and external expectations and drive results to deliver outstanding service.

    Provide and manage administrative support, technical guidance and information for project planning, scheduling and implementation.  Support the Site Development team with client deliverables and assigned projects. The individual shall work well under pressure, meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines to ensure the team meets the client and project performance requirements.  The Project Lead will drive processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of milestones.

 

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will provide administrative support, technical guidance and information for project planning, scheduling and implementation.  This position will support the project team with client deliverables and assigned projects. The individual shall work well under pressure, meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines to ensure the team meets the client and project performance requirements

 

Lease Consultant

The Lease Consultant will work with landlords to negotiate purchases/perpetual easements or changes to components in lease; rent abatements, reductions and escalations as well as terms and conditions such as adding additional term, removal of certain restrictions, revenue share obligations and assignment restrictions.

 

Project Manager

The Project Manager (PM) should be a well-organized, detail oriented individual who is an effective leader with a proven track record.  The PM should have expertise in all aspects of Project Management including project analysis, project setup, accounting and budgeting, recruiting, training, and motivating staff for exceptional performance in a fast paced, dynamic environment.  In this role, the PM has direct and frequent contact with internal and external clients (corporate executives) as well as internal staff and must demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills. The Project manager oversees all aspects of the operation, including preparation and execution of the budget, developing and implementing policies and procedures, process workflows, maintaining quality control and client satisfaction.

 

 

Project Specialist

The Project Specialist will have responsibility for activities associated with wireless site development projects.  The position concentrates on the aspects of developing new sites and modifying existing sites using the client specific process for: site identification, design, location, leasing, permitting, and hand-off to the construction team.  The Project Specialist is accountable for project reporting, database administration, tower site evaluation and data integrity.

 

 

Site Acquisition Specialist

The Site Acquisition Specialist will drive search rings and/or review existing sites to identify and qualify the best aspects of properties for the installation / modification of wireless sites.  The individual will be required to perform preliminary zoning analysis and be able to review drawings to ensure compliance with zoning code.  They will also facilitate the building permit process.
