Lease Consultant

The Lease Consultant will work with landlords to negotiate purchases/perpetual easements or changes to components in lease; rent abatements, reductions and escalations as well as terms and conditions such as adding additional term, removal of certain restrictions, revenue share obligations and assignment restrictions.
